Background

I started my career as a French teacher. As an adult education graduate I made the changeover to the field of personnel management. After working several years for various organizations, I started my own business in 2000. In 2004 I obtained a master´s in labour studies at the University of Amsterdam.

On a business level as well as privately I am used to dealing with different opinions and interests. This was something I wanted to expand on, which is why I completed a mediator training course. My three (now adult) children have always been a formative element in my life and career. They are an important source of inspiration and happiness!
